Tanglewood Lounge - Owosso

Got in at 8:40- wasn’t greeted until after 9. Food wasn’t served until 10, was cold and you could tell it had been sitting. She also forgot our appetizer and side salad. Only one person serving the entire floor including tending to the bar. Waitress was nice attitude wise but did not write down our order and missed half of it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

After making a reservation for a party of 10, we were very disappointed. After an hour and a half of waiting, we had received none of our food. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is extremely rare to visit a restaurant months apart and have the same good service and good food. Tanglewood is that restaurant. A hidden gem out in the open.
