Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Owen Sound

This is my second review for this Dairy queen and they still can't get it right!! Always mess up my order. Last time I went in to order a couple blizzards, I waited a half hour and then I asked where mine was. They didn't even put it in the system and I already paid for it. They gave me a coupon for a small sundae. Like that doesn't give me my time back. This time I ordered am Oreo CHEESECAKE blizzard, second time ordering this kind. Last time they put 2 pieces of cheesecake in it, that's all. This time they didn't put any! I can't believe this place how many times the Owen sound dairy queen messes up orders, why can't they get it right? I'm so disappointed in dairy queen, I've never had these problems at other locations. I recommend not going here ever if you don't want to be frustrated. And don't ever order cheesecake blizzards here, they won't give you any. I've had it with this place. Never been so frustrated with a restaurant. I've always thought highly of dairy queen, they have gone downhill quick.

New owners and it has gone down hill. Ice cream was melting before we even got it, service was slow and the place has a funky smell.

Food was ok but the restaurant seemed very dirty and customer service could use some work. Not sure what happened to this place but it needs a deep clean

We got 3 banana splits, 1 medium and 1 small blizzards this evening. They did not have any banana left so they added extra strawberry and pineapple. The pineapples we 're almost rotten. My brothers got stomach cramps. I called them just to warn so no one else gets sick. The person who answered the phone got it personal and said Ma 'am I changed it this evening it cannot be old. We are not poisoning you. I am wondering if this is their attitude to every customer.

Husband and I got two flamethrowers, both were just soaked in way too much sauce we had to use napkins to wipe the excess sauce off. Woke up the next morning we both had diarrhea and vomiting. I will definitely not be going back for quite awhile if at all
