Starbucks - Feedback

Good service. The staff were friendly even on busy hours. Drive through service was fast.

Probably one of the worst in the city. Slow staff that spend time socializing instead of doing their job with a line of 20 customers waiting for their orders.

One drink was not blended as requested. I didn't feel welcomed. I feel like with the pandemic, customer service was affected. People are no longer trying. ?

Quick and friendly counter service. Excellent chia tea latte. Would of liked to see a little more comfy seating.

Extremely impressed with how well the staff handled a broken sticker machine combined with the massive power outage crowd that had gathered. Everyone I spoke to...
