Spitfire Roast - Otahuhu

This shop is never open and doesn't have chicken on the menu what kind of roast shop doesn't have chicken I think this is a money laundering operation they are seriously they're only open about 15 hours a week I'd say the rent on the shop would cost shitloads and they're never open

Never have any chicken, can’t buy potatoes by themselves.If the lady working there was nice it would have been okay but she was short and rude.Spot on ridge road nearby is much better

Pork was dry and nowhere near even half of the large meal container. Basically given a medium meal in a large container and feeling ripped off! Gravy is watery and bland. Potatoes are incredibly small and not worth the $0.80 each. Take the extra 4 minute drive and go to Howick Roast Chicken Hut as you’ll get way more value for money there. Even better go to Sams Roast on Cascades Rd. Thought I’d see if anything changed (for the better) since the last disappointing visit earlier this year fat nope.

I was here Saturday night and should have just walked straight out. There was a small, elderly lady with glasses on who served me and the whole time I got the impression she didn’t want me in the place. I got a lamb roll and a few other things and she was sighing and moaning the more I’d order. While I’m waiting for my food another guy walks in and this lady sees him and out loud says to another staff member, “how are we supposed to close when people keep walking in here?”. So unprofessional. The food was okay but I won’t be returning here because of the service.

Ordered a LRG roast lamb $25) very disappointing...very dry, dehydrated meat....not worth paying for this much and the portion seems to be a SML to MED TA.
