It is rare to come across an Indian restaurant that clearly marks its vegan options and lists allergens for each dish. This restaurant may not be very cozy, being situated on the top floor of the Karolina shopping center, but it is incredibly affordable, delicious, knowledgeable about veganism, and open on Sundays. I particularly enjoyed their Indian bread naan, which was egg and milk-free.
