The Restaurant at Watermark - Osoyoos

My wife and I were in the watermark and based on 15 park bistro reviews, we decided to try it. everything we ordered was amazing! far beyond expectations. we had the mushroom bruschetta starter that was incredible. a must. my wife had the roasted tomato soup and garden salad and loved them both. I had the pork chop with pfeffer sauce and crispy kartoffel with roasted vegetables. the deep of the aromen in every component of my meal was excellent. one of the best meals I had. we finished with the white chocolate soup for dessert and it was the perfect end of the perfect meal. service and ambiente were as impressive as our eating. lisa and jordon (jonathan? were wonderful. normally we don't write reviews, but we had to wait tonight. can't wait to go back!

Excellent service, menu, eat and drink. this bistro offers a fantastic culinary experience and strives to absorb food allergies.

What a great place to dunge! we had the most beautiful evening here with our family. beginning with our server, Asia....she was professional, polite and funny, not to mention super courteous. the food was excellent. the chef, nod, came out to welcome us and speak. a little bit above his background and his views as the menu has changed since 2020 when he began as an executive cook. he is a talented man! that is absolutely brilliant. then there is her own sommelier ron, who is a blessing for eating and wein! his pairings were out of the charts, nothing like we've experienced before, and it didn't break the bank! it turns out that they do not spend $100 per bottle to excellent wein that goes amazing with any dish! we came back to this restaurant after we were somewhat disappointed in 2019, but what an amazing difference is it today! we will certainly be back! many thanks for a great experience!

Our family of 4 adults had dinner at 15 Park Place (June 18, 2022). We sat out under the marquee. The food choices were great, the food was delicious. The only glitch was my son's steak came 10-15 minutes ahead of all other mains...There seemed...to be a difficulty of communication between the central kitchen and the remote grill, with headsets between the two. Our server Rianna worked very hard to pull things back together- she really went the extra mile. But when timing is off, it somehow takes away from the event. As I said the food was delicious. Just frustrating for guests, servers and grill cooks. A big thank you to Rianna for pulling it together.

Amazing experience and food. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal and were comfortable throughout the night. We will absolutely be back!
