Big Al's Bakery & Deli - Oliver

The food at this restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some negative interactions with the staff. While looking for something to eat, a lady rudely asked me "What do you want?" and later responded to another customer's question with an even ruder tone. Feeling uncomfortable, I remained silent during my transaction and left without saying anything. The lady then sarcastically said "You're welcome" in front of other customers after I forgot to thank her. Despite these interactions, I enjoyed the food and hope that the staff member improves in the future.

Bought a cake for tonight's dinner, celebrating mom's 110th birthday in heaven, continuing to celebrate big birthdays.

The cinnamon buns at this restaurant are incredibly large and delicious.

All the best elements of a successful business that caters to their clients. Fortunate to have them in our town..... T
