The best sushi I've ever eaten by far. Would definitely come back here and recommend everyone I know to do the same. Every bite was amazing. Even foods that I don't care personally (e.g. octopus) we are the best I ever had and I could appreciate the quality and care placed in the food. Watching the cooks that prepare the food was a real treat. The service was wonderful with attentive service from the chefs and the hostess. The cook went out at the end of the meal and said thank you. Really the best culinary experience I ever had.
Outstanding sushi deserving of their Michelin star.
Bad experience. From the beginning, the service was rushed, i was served another course before i could finish the one before and it was not even a long time. We did not even asked for the bill and was asked to pay which I have not encountered unless I have prior that my meal had a time limit. My meal ended at 9:40 and my reservation was at 8:30. Never have I had such a rushed sushi omakase before. Only when I left I realized that there were guests still coming. If the restaurant cannot cater for my seating then why accept my reservation in the first place. I’ve had dining experiences all around the world and never have I been served this way before. I hope the other guests do not get treated this way and I certainly do not hope that I’ve been given this service because I’m a foreigner.
This sushi restaurant discriminates guests.Why do guests distinguish credit card payment from cash payment?To the best of my knowledge,the credit card company should not have made such a contract.Such these ways can not forgiven.According to their excuse,the first guests must pay in cash.Regular guests can pay by credit card.I have never heard of such a restaurant's reason.Who is fair?either Amano Sushi or me?(Michelin guide book might be taken some responsibility against recommendation)
