Paprika Shokudo Vegan - Osaka

Simply mind blowing this place. I have been to many many vegan restaurants in Tokyo, this one is just something else. Such a bold menu with so many many unheard dishes. I ended up trying 4 dishes and bunch of organic beers here. Each one of them was outstandingly great in taste and flavor. From my experience, this is the best vegan restaurant in Japan. Must visit if you’re around.

Lovely vegan cafe/shop in Osaka. It's hidden in the residential area so you get to enjoy some quietness while having the meals. Plenty of vegan choices for main dishes and desserts. I ordered the vegan hamburg (means patty, not hamburger for lunch. The tomato sauce matches well with the patty but personally I think it's a little too salty for me. Overall great ambience and the staff is really friendly. Will come back if I visit Osaka next time :

World class vegan food served by charming people in a charming place. They have a number of meat alternatives on hand so anyone in your party can enjoy the food and the vegans and vegetarians can rejoice at a full menu to choose from. Japan is surprisingly vegetarian and vegan challenged so it is more usual than not that a standard restaurant has few if any vegetarian options. A place like Paprika is an oasis in this desert of options. We got brought a plate by mistake so we were able to try three mains and each was top notch. All the necessary Japanese flair was there in the preparation and execution of each of the dishes we had. One of the best meals we've had in Japan so far!

High quality vegan food. Not the cheapest you will find in Osaka, but very tasty. The desserts are also very high quality, and gluten free options are available.

Really nice vegan place. It’s like vegan’s heaven. All the stuff in the menu are really nice. The burger taste like real burger. Highly recommended!!
