Tim Hortons - Orillia

Under staffed all the time. Service is slow at best. Their poor employees take the hit from customers because management doesn't schedule enough staff .. maybe to save on labour cost for that bonus at the end of the quarter... Don't stop here if you're in ahurry.

Most staff are polite and friendly. I'm a regular at this Timmy's. I few of the staff know my order and times of days so they ask if I'm here for my usual or if I'd like to add on love that they care enough to remember my order.

So I just went to the Tim Horton drive thru and ordered a lg chocolate chill and 2 donuts. My drink had barely any whip cream on it and no syrup. I'm not very happy as this is the second time I ordered this drink and recieved it like this.

This was next to our hotel. Went there for breakfast. Staff were rude and throwing food at customers when ready. One of the worst Tim Hortons in terms of customer service.

Very bad service. The lady just kinda threw the food to me instead of giving it nicely. Same when I asked for napkins, she kinda threw it. Not even smiling. It was early in the morning not even 7am yet and this lady looked like tired already and unhappy. Ihope other customers get better service.
