Papa John's Pizza - Orillia

I ordered two pizzas from those who are completely dry and overcooked. The staff considered to repair the vehicle at the entrance. They don't care what they did. That's why the pizzas stayed in the oven for a long time. I'm very disappointed and never come back.

I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant, but not anymore. They have increased their prices and reduced the amount of toppings on their dishes. This seems to be a new trend with the new restaurants in Orillia. To make matters worse, when I complained to the owner, he rudely told me "I don't care, go somewhere else." Well, I will take his advice and go somewhere else. No problem for me!

I recently started frequenting Papa John's in Orillia, and it is the best place in town for delicious pizza. I have been helped multiple times by a gentleman named Prince, who consistently provides outstanding customer service. He has a great knowledge of the menu and always prioritizes the customer's experience. Prince's charisma and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is the reason why I keep coming back to this location. Papa John's, please consider giving Prince a raise for his exceptional service!

The pizza and service at this restaurant are consistently great, but there was a bit of a hiccup during my last visit. I ordered a large pizza online for pickup on a Tuesday, only to discover upon arriving that there was a promotion for buy one get one free on Tuesdays. When I asked about it at the counter, I was informed that the deal had to be ordered online, which I had already done. The online ordering process did not mention this promotion, only a sign in the store window after placing my order. It was a little frustrating to realize I could have had two pizzas for the price of one. However, I am pleased to see that the promotion has now been added to the restaurant's main website page.
