Swiss Chalet - Orillia

We stopped off at this Swiss Chalet as we had appointments in the area. Both the greeter and server were pleasant. It was fairly crowed for a weekday. I did a combo of wings and a partial rack of ribs that were meaty. Enough to share. It has been a while since we ate at a Swiss Chalet, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Swiss Chalet never disappoints and this location was no different. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly and efficient. 2 thumbs up.

We had a great experience. Our server Tamara was exceptional and our food was delivered promptly and was very tasty. The only reason for a 4 was that the dessert menu was pretty limited and overly sweet. And I initially ordered coffee, which had a distinctly burnt flavour and was overly strong (I sent it back and ordered a tea, which was not provided with boiling water). Other than that, a good experience.

Came to this location for lunch, it was not busy at all so it was nice as the food came out quick. We were going to eat in but decided to take it out.. The staff and service is very nice and helpful and food came out fast and hot. Had the crispy chicken sandwich.. It was ok.. The chicken was very good.. hot and crispy and juicy in the centre, but the sauce and slaw that was on top did not go well with the sandwich. The sauce seemed like thousand island dressing.. would have the sandwich again with out the sauce and just dip it in the swiss sauce instead. Fries were good but i found there were too short and you can't dip them in the sauce without a fork or even a spoon.. they were that short.

Wonderful customer service from warm greeting through ordering and checking in to see how we were enjoying our meal. Swiss Chalet has standard menu so people make the difference in each location.
