State Main - Orillia

My husband and I frequent S&M, and have always had great experiences! Through DD and in person. Food is delicious. I did see other reviews and of course some things get messed up or forgotten from time to time. That happens. BUT when notified, S&M has always found a great solution for my family (offered for us to pick up/ offered a coupon/ etc). Highly recommend the Chicken tenders/main burger/ fish tacos/ butter chicken. Too many faves to list in one go!! Lol

It was a very bad experience- We ordered at 6:20pm and because of the store, we did not get our order until 8:15PM. Nevermind the fact that my chicken sandwich was so over cooked that it was very dry. My wifes bowl and the appetizer were amazing. But still, something has got to change!

I wish they were more hot when I got them. But I factored the distance between the store and here. They said soup dumplings, but there was no soup inside. So Im not sure if the distance was a factor for that either. But they were so delicious and I plan on eating them again!

I ordered mixed veggies with The Empire State but it was just peppers, onions mushrooms. I was hoping for something a little more substantial I guess. The steak mashed potatoes were great.

Website is quite thorough, but the staff are even better. They are educated about celiac disease and food tasted great, especially the Asian bowls.
