Bidrage med feedbackHad an online order. they told me I had to come in to get it, not go through. I had two children in the car. If they have children and order them from the kfc, please do not. it's a lot more annoying, by the way, when I went through the drive, was empty.
What a joke the girl taking orders in the drive thru barely understands anything and says what like 10 times they gave our child a warm drink (juice box) I asked if they had a colder one and they said sorry we don't put them in the fridge because parents don't want their kids drinking cold drinks when I asked if I can switch for a small fountain drink they said no the best they can do is give me some Ice (it's a juice box what do you want me to do put the ice in my cup holder) managers are clueless
Normally always good. June 11th 2022 the chicken showed up with skip the dishes with Barely any skin and the gravy taste like dishwater and it is so disappointing Orangeville ON
MISSING ITEMS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 3 meals off of Skip the Dishes and KFC got majority of all the meals wrong. When I called them to explain, the “manager” said that I was wrong and what I’m saying is missing, doesn’t come with the meal. He began yelling and telling me to send the proof through text. When I asked for the number I should send it to, he said he can’t give me that information. I then decided to go to the restaurant to show him the proof on my phone. When I got there, he was ignorant and began to say I didn’t order what I was showing him even though the proof was in his face. I asked the other employees to get involved and read my phone to see what I ordered as he clearly didn’t care, and they ignored me. When the “manager” got more ignorant, and I began yelling, the employees then wanted to get involved and tell my cousin and I that we were “being rude”. After getting so fed up, we ended up leaving the restaurant without the items I paid for.
Worst experience ever with the guy named SANCHIT, So called SHIFT MANAGER. He have no idea how to take order and speak to customer. I don't know who appointed him the managerial post. KFC please try to choose some nice decent people for the Mangerial post. Thanks!!
