Mercato - Olympia

The Sunday brunch that I had was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and was sliced on the plate. The scrambled eggs were delicious with cheese on top. I haven't had polenta in a long time, but it was flavor-packed and complemented the meal perfectly. Lastly, the toasted sliced bread with a crispy grill was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, it was an outstanding meal!

Aces to the beverages; aces to the food; aces to the ambiance; and, definitely, aces to the service. I love this place. My favorite go-to for me and the first place I recommend when someone asks for a good place to go for dinner, lunch, drinks! In case you can't tell, I love Mercatos!

An amazing lunch while visiting Olympia from Louisville, Kentucky. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. My 'Fat Spaghetti ' was a festival of flavor. My wife 's Caprese sandwich was outstanding too. Glad she didn 't finish it....because I did. :

We are new to the area and happened upon Mercato. We wandered in and were greeted by Skylar. He was so friendly and very proud of 'his ' restaurant. I explained that I am vegan and he said they make everything fresh so could easily create something I would really enjoy. We decided to have lunch, and to our delight, found ourselves seated by Skylar at the Chefs Table. What a treat! Our meal was fantastic, the wine very, very enjoyable, and the service outstanding. On our next visit, and there will be that and many more, we will enjoy our meal on the beautiful patio weather permitting. We are thrilled to have discovered Mercato and know it will definitely be a regular part of our dining out.

The lovely waitstaff at Mercato welcomed our group of 6 an hour before our scheduled reservation. Our hostess (who's name I did not get) was very kind and assured us that we could set up shop for several hours. Our waiter Jared was friendly and attentive, he recommended a couple great bottles of wine and hand crafted a yummy citrus cocktail. There was nothing ordered that didn't please the pallet. The Fried green tomatoes appetizer was amazing, the polenta and bruschetta were also great. My entree was the margherita pizza which was perfect with a thin and crisp crust. Over all the ambiance was perfect for our ladies night festivities, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable for the high quality of food, and I hope to visit again very soon. Thank you to Jared for putting up with our crazy and following us out to take a group photo! Much appreciated.
