Chelsea Farms Oyster - Olympia

I was referred by my sister Tanya, and my husband and I loved it! A classy hipster vibe with divine cuisine. A long deserved date night, filled with gratitude! We had the happy hour: steamers, deviled eggs, fried and raw oysters, with the mussels and chorizo, and crab gnocchi for dinner. The staff were kind and attentive, and every customer I witnessed had the same foodgasm glaze over their faces. We were just visiting Olympia, and will share our experience with others!! Good luck! A go to, and must have for global foodies. We added this to our favs!

Decided to try this restaurant over the weekend, and they blew our expectations clear out of the water! Our bartender/server was Courtney, she was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as engaging with us throughout our experience. We met Cody, who also exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond with not only tastings, but extra attention that was thoughtful. Being from L.A. I love dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine, and everything we had was fantastic! The octopus in mole, tenderloin, and fried oysters were all spot on! Well done, and we will be back soon.

I like everything about this place, from the decor to the cocktails to the food. Perfect date night spot.

We were a group of 14 ladies from different places in Western Washington Oregon who came together for your Saturday brunch. The service we received was excellent and the food was AMAZING!!!! We will put you on our list of places to return to. Special thanks to Cathy, our amazing waitress who took such good care of us!
