Bidrage med feedbackStore seems to prioritize walk ins over app orders. If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for you sub with all of the employees ignoring you, this is the Jersey Mike's for you. Requested a refund from both the store and corporate website. Crickets all around. Poor management and workers don't seem happy. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else.At the end of my visit I did speak to one employee who mentioned I would need to request a refund on the website, when visiting the website it says to contact the store. I called after the visit and was told the Peter the manager would call me the next day.
I never got around to doing a review until now. After almost a 20 min wait, I went home to discover my sub on the wrong bread. I asked for the Rosemary cheese bread and got plain. Isn't that bread extra? In addition, the steak wasn't well done. There was a ton of grease from the steak and it was still kind of pink. I guess she rushed it due to the line. After waiting all that time, I had to go home and recook the steak (disappointed and so not worth the wait).This was a first at this location. and service was a 3/5.
Assembly line but delicious. They serve a sub just like what I used to eat when I was a baby kid teen in Philadelphia.
Can't go wrong with a 13 and the staff here are amazing and attentive.
Just ordered a #17 from here today and decided to use my points to get a free regular sub. I took 2 bites of the steak and cheese, spit both mouthfuls out, and threw the whole sandwich away. The cheese steak tasted like old oil. I don't know how often they clean the grills in between sandwiches but it just tasted bad. Sucks I wasted my points on that but luckily I had got a large fries from Popeyes to go with it so I got to eat something for lunch.
