Upper Crust Bagel Company

The fresh bagels at this restaurant are delicious, but the breakfast sandwiches are disappointing. The eggs and bacon taste like they were microwaved. Considering the high prices in this area, I expected better quality and real food.

Stop here on our travels back to MA, o got an egg bagel and horseradish cream cheese. I love that they put lots of horse radish in the cream cheese. The bagel could have been a little chewer for my taste.

This used to be my favorite place to get bagels and egg salad sandwiches. I will no longer be a customer here. I usually order the same selection, Fresh Egg Salad Sandwich, on UberEats when I cannot stop by. There is no option to choose which bread so Ialways write a note that I would like whole wheat. Today I received just a container of egg salad and a note that bread was notfree. Not once in the past was I ever told that my Fresh Egg Salad SANDWICH would not come with bread. I called and asked whythis time I did not receive a sandwich and was rudely told two things: that I should have put a note that I wanted bread (whichI did) and they could not make me a sandwich for the price listed. I proceeded to tell whoever I spoke with that I always haveordered the same sandwich and there is no option to choose your bread only add ons for toppings such as cheese, lettuce, etc.They should not list the item as a Fresh Egg Salad Sandwich if you will not receive a sandwich. Very disappointed in thecustomer service, someone could of called me and let me know and I would have gladly paid whatever extra for the bread. Whyshould I be punished for incorrect listing?

It can be a challenge to find a delicious bagel in Connecticut, but I finally discovered Upper Crust and was thrilled with their offerings. They serve full, fluffy bagels with a crispy crust, filled with delicious bacon, egg, and cheese, all at a reasonable price. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was fresh and incredibly tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, the establishment was clean and nicely decorated. If you're in the Greenwich/Stamford area and craving a good bagel, look no further than Upper Crust.

Being from New York, I was looking for a bagel place that resembled the ones from Long Island. This place is the closest I've found! My only complaint is that I wish they would put more of their delicious cream cheese on the bagels. We will definitely be returning, but next time I'll be asking for extra cream cheese!
