Wendy's - Oakwood

That's a great deal and managment. I'm driving trucks and popping up in the lobby closing time. The doors were closed. But they locked up so I could order my food. Thank you. Great customer service!!!

Cheap food... super satisfying. There was a fast, efficient and polite service. This place has a good feeling for it.

Unsatisfied staff! I had a free sandwich coupon to fill out one of their surveys on the back of my receipt, and the checkout was too ignorant as to me (like their manager). The best they could do for me is release $2.00. Not cool!

The food is good, but recently, customer service has just got worse. I am a frequent customer of Wendy and almost every time I come here if not all are rude.

The details of my own experience include living the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger 4 for $4 Meal Deal. The store is always too cold, though. And the events in the atrium blow hard right down on your food, cooling it down hugely fast.
