Newk's Eatery - Buford

The food quality was excellent, but the portions were a bit small.

I visited the restaurant to order a salad, but the staff completely ignored me, so I ended up leaving.

This is our 5th or 6th visit. The cashier where you order is always friendly as was the food delivery person. We ordered a sausage and peperoni personal 10 pizza, and she had the Newks favorite salad. This place does sandwiches and salads well, pizza, not so much. The pizza tasted like a frozen grocery store pizza. The salad was good and tastes fresh and more than she could eat for lunch. We will be back, but there will be no pizza for us going forward. Maybe young kids would like it.

So, I didn’t know that my food would come with a side of mold. I didn’t ask for it, but I guess I got it for free. Thanks! I got the pizza and I asked for some mozzarella cheese to go on top- hold the mold. I had finished eating and noticed something blueish in the container where the cheese was. I was thoroughly disgusted and felt like throwing up. As I continued to look in the container there were several spots on the cheese. ????I was totally done.
