For great crust you need an independent pizza maker who takes the craft seriously and understands the nuances of yeast and time. Chef Dan certainly does and it shows in his food. His pizza crust has a lovely crisp exterior and a pillowy soft interior. A perfect base for the quality ingredients he uses to create his pizzas. The pizzas are priced well but for food of this calibre price is not your first concern.

Ever since my move from Latin America to Canada, this place has transformed into my ultimate comfort spot.While I've found their food to be a mix of hits and pleasant surprises, like the flavorful wings with a variety of sauces, the nicely prepared French onion soup, creamy fettuccine alfredo, and delightful tortellini (though a slightly larger portion would be ideal) the real showstopper for me has been the quesadillas! Trust me, they're an absolute must try – yumms!If I were to nitpick, my only minor gripe would be the absence of refills for fountain sodas. And while the self seating policy is a tad unusual, it adds to the charm in its own way.Beyond these tiny considerations, this place is truly a gem, especially for those late night winding down sessions.
