Burger King - Oakville

The worst place. I tried several times to give this place a chance because it is closer to me and is always disappointed! I was once through the drive-thru and was told there are no burgers, I left at 7:30 a.m. and was told that they closed at 8 and could not have my order of two helicopters... I was on the afternoon and was told that they did not have any ice. I ordered over eats and it was canceled several times after 45 minutes waiting time. if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. they should be reported to the franchise

Probably one of the grodiest burger king's I've ever been too. Every surface seemed to be coated in some kind of substance. I was a afraid to wash my hand because the sink looked like it would make my hands more dirty after having to touch it. The service was fast and friendly.

The drive thru time was little longer as i was the only car in the lane and no car behind me either.Other than that the food was cold.I asked for 2 extra ketchup and i was handed a full fist of ketchups and the window was shut in my face.Didn't like the overall experience.

Pathetic service tonight. The photo you see is what I received for a large fries. I did not eat a single one, this is how I received it via delivery from Uber Eats. The bag was sealed so this is how it left the restaurant. I feel like someone is playing a trick on me. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Get it together.

They didn't have beef so I was okay with chicken. I got cold sandwich and cold fries. It's fast food only tastes good if it's fresh not cold. You guys weren't even busy so why can't you be more careful about food you serve to people...In a competitive fast food market, your service should be on top to survive.Try eating cold meal and know what u serve to others.
