Bidrage med feedbackWe were told to drive around and wait when our food wasn't ready at the window. After waiting in line to order, we then had to drive through the drive-thru again and wait behind several cars.
The staff at the drive thru can’t take your order properly. They are rude and the order was incorrect. What a waste at this location.
I really enjoy the food at Burger King, but the staff could use some improvement. I ordered sausage croissant breakfast sandwiches (which I believe are the best among the big fast food chains), but I received bacon instead. The staff seemed distracted, talking on their phones and to each other, and didn't take note of my order, only what was listed on the coupon. The coffee at Burger King is not good, it's my biggest complaint. Today it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Burger King really needs to work on their coffee and the staff needs to be more attentive. However, I do think the Whopper and breakfast sandwiches are the best items on the menu.
I came to this restaurant just to make my children happy by taking them to the playground inside, but we were disappointed to see a sign saying "Closed: for your safety". When I asked the cashier why it was closed (thinking it was due to COVID safety), she said it was actually closed for renovations, even though they hadn't started yet. It seems like they don't want to bother with cleaning the playground daily, so it's easier to keep it closed. In addition, I didn't enjoy the taste of the food either. However, the restaurant itself was clean and quiet, which was a positive.
The chicken burger was salty af. Not edible. I’m not even a strict foodie type.
