LOVE LOVE JJ's! Occasionally Delivery order is wrong, few small mistakes over several years of ordering, ie: asked no dressing/mayo on sammie and there was, forgot cookie, no extra tomatoes when requested, etc. But they ALWAYS make it right/make up for their mistakes.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT...The CLOSING TIME!!! 9PM??? Even on Friday Saturdays? Ridiculous! There have been soooo many times close to 9pm or after, that I want a yummy sammie and can't get one! ???Should at the very least be open till 10pm Fri Sun! Especially in the summer! 11pm or 12am would be even better! I bet you would make good to be worthwhile! ?
The young lady at the register saw that I was struggling with my order and she offered to bag my order and even brought it out for me! Just brightened my whole week. You don’t see that kind of customer service these days. Will recommend this location to all of my colleagues. Everybody there was so friendly.
Right now JJ is likely my favorite sub place. Nearly always get a 14 and have always been happy with it. Stopped at this one first time as we’re in the area and had a first time experience. We ordered two #14 combos and both had a lot of gristle in the roast beef. My wife actually took her toasted beef out and you could see it speckled in chunks throughout. They were also restocking chips and kicked the boxes back and forth throwing them to side when done and to the side was next to our table-a touch unsettling. Love JJ but will not come back to this one
