The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent!

Excellent cuisine, but the staff at the restaurant was rude and disrespectful.

That was delicious. the seats in the open were a little loud with cars, but that was to be expected. it was my first time there and I would definitely go back and recommend it. I had pannenlachs and a passion fruit frozen margarita. absolutely delicious!

What a wonderful surprise to find this beautiful restaurant staffed by such knowledgeable folks! We've lived in the area for over 20 years and didn't realize there was a phenomenal seafood spot right in trendy SoNo! The food surpassed the expectations of each person in our party, and then some. From supremely fresh appetizers from the raw bar, to the calamari, to the whole fish everything blew us away and we are major foodies (in fact, we had a restaurant owner with us). We went around 7PM, and by the end of our extended meal, they were beginning to set up for what appeared to be a fun night ahead, complete with a cool DJ set up. So, whether you want great seafood or want to party, head over to Saltwater Sono and you'll be glad you did.
