Pinstripes - Norwalk

We stopped in after shopping at mall. The retail person at Chicos recommended it. I had the Chicken Paremesean and my spouse had the Brueshetta. Both were excellent.

The atmosphere is great, vibe is amazing. Food could be worked upon as it was cold and not that tasty when served. Great place to have a office outing or a team event. Would definitely recommend to

I NEVER post bad reviews. This place has gone so far downhill since opening. We used to really enjoy coming here with our kids, but slowly each experience is worst than the last. Last night was the final straw I ordered my daughter mac cheese for dinner which came out with specs of other bits food in it (not mac cheese). It looks like maybe they used a dirty spoon to stir it. She kept picking random things out of it so I told her immediately to stop eating it. I had to ask three different people to find our server. He asked the kitchen to remake it. It came out the exact same way a second time. So now my daughter has zero dinner. They didn't offer to rectify it in any way. Totally unacceptable. Manager and any floor staff are NOWHERE to found. The pizza counter and bathrooms were absolutely filthy. This was a Sunday at 5pm no excuse for this. Not like the kitchen was slammed. It was a ghost town, and now I know why. We will NOT be back.

The service was good when it was available. They are short staffed though so water was never refilled, dishes piled up etc. I ordered the chicken avocado flat bread, though they forgot the chicken. The server was kind enough to remove it from our bill as I did not eat it. The chicken wings and calamari really had no flavor,my 5 year old daughter would not eat the kids pizza, she said it was gross. Great atmosphere and concept but lacking on several things.

Normally ok, but on this occasion I had dirty glasses, plates, and salt/pepper shakers with sauce on them. My tables was moved and a kind apology was received but the second table was also not too clean. I don’t think this section was adequately cleaned in between guests.
