Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The Fired White Cheddar Bites were good, not my favorite. But I enjoyed them. I love their Crinkle Fries Regular and the Basket of Texas Toast is my reason for going here. 10/10 get the bread

I dont like trying new places, but this was totally worth it. we ordered everything from a salad to a bit of everything else. was soooooo good

This zaxby is slipping, fast and hard. the customer service here is always infuriating, these young girls who run the cash seem seriously hate their lives and people generally. lately it is as if their customers are more of a load for their personal. last time we were there, my buffalo blue zalad was like a sauce portion by the side, for $12. Today we came in, and the girl who took our order with dark hair and glasses did not smile a single time, was so monotonous and miserable, and royally clinked our order, I ordered a number 4 (only 5 chicken wings) traditionally hot. my man ordered wing and dinge, traditionally with hot honey scab, an extra zax sauce, 2 extra honey scab and a side of the fry season, which we were especially asked at the order and were charged. when our name was called for our order, there were 1 honey scavenging on the tablet, I opened the boxes on the counter and both boxes were wings and dinge, (not what I ordered, but whatever) had neither 1 zax sauce, and no side of the fry season. I asked the blonde girl “Don’t come this with Zax sauce?” they know very well how we are dined in zaxbys throughout this country. she said, “I don’t appreciate it, but I’ll get you something,” thank you, I should have been. my man goes back to get his naughty spicy and honey sniff and extra hot honey sniff for the wings because they were dry in the round. the girl treated him as if he had not troubled her to ask what we originally demanded when we ordered and paid for it. we are in hospitality and customer service, and yes, Zaxby’s can be considered as “fast food”, but when they charge $30 for 2 meal times, and the chicken strips are in the ground slivers, the fry’s have no season, the wings have hardly any sauce and are crusty, the order is not taken correctly, there is a great deficiency in their customer service as they will treat and they will be I will, fortunately, conclude the survey on my acknowledgement, even though I doubt that these are being changed. as someone who runs a business and observes them, most of our teams are teenagers/boy adult, I highly recommend investing their time in team meetings and coaching customer service skills, this is an area that needs to seriously increase this location.

Five stars dropped down to two stars. It's usually good food, but on 10/01/21... maybe your oil is going bad... the food looked normal, but stunk like it was burnt. It was inedible, had to throw out the entire family pack dinner, except the Texas toast. How do you work there and give out food that smells like it was kept warm in a smoker's mouth? Added is a picture of the food I had to throw away. Added 06/27/2022: Now that we have a Raising Cane's, I don't see any reason to come back. Looks like you lost some customers for life.

There was no line in the drive thru and it took about 5 minutes for them to take my order. Then the girl was really rude. Fries were cold when we got them and the toast was extremely stale. And we got a kickin chicken sandwich which is usually really good but there was a little drizzle of sauce on the bun and that was it. The worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been too.
