Sheetz - North Chesterfield

I've been going to this block for years and never got bad food. To this day. I decided to order something else and ordered a grilled pack and pommes. When I took a bite, I noticed that the taste was gone, but it was up to something I didn't have. After all, it looked down and It did not see boiled all the way. Destroyed my appetite for the day.

Order here very often and when I say that they are very nice, patient and respectful, I mean it. If there is a problem with an order (which does not happen often, very rarely) they try their absolute best to solve the problem. Without rudeness. Nothing as kindness and smile. Will definitely continue to this sheet. Fantastic customer service that comes from the night shift people.

Waited 15 minutes for a mobile job that was done all the time. You didn't call it out or put it on the mobile order kiosk. The food was kind of cold. Go somewhere else with your money.

Today I visited this establishment and encountered an issue with my order, (it was very much a rushed due to the large amount of orders which is understandable) I kindly asked Ms Masooun to fix my order and not only was she helpful, she was incredibly genuine and made sure to remake it, when I didn't ask. She also Double blended my wife's smoothie, which is understandably an odd ask aswell!! She was so phenomenal, and deserves a raise and/or promotion. Most definitely will be coming back, and giving my patronage to this store.

Ordered food online. When I went to pick it up my order was not on the pickup rack. So, I waited a bit. Eventually I asked a worker about my order to find out it was sitting behind the counter. When I asked why it wasn't on the mobile rack she said sometimes people steal the orders. Well, it would be easy enough to communicate this with a note on the mobile rack. Also, my order was missing a sauce I specifically requested.
