Arby's - North Chesterfield

This location is 25% more expensive than any other Arby’s I’ve been to. I was shocked to hear my meal was over $15. The menu price for the sandwich was $8+ but $15 for the meal. Wild. Definitely the most expensive Arby’s in the US, with no improvement in food quality to show for it.

The steak and cheese. ? I will not buy it again. Big fish sandwich is my favorite. Milkshakes are great.

Update: Fred the General Manager reached out to me within several hours . He was extremely helpful and quickly offered resolution and remedy. I truly appreciate Fred and his desire to help and see that his customers are satisfied in the quality of service provided. I placed a mobile order for pick up and it wasn't ready at the time stated. Had to wait over 15 minutes and the food was so cold. I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches and the bread was so soggy they fell apart, missing 3 drinks and all sauces for my kids meals (ordered 3) . Reached out to the store and will update if a response is made.

I haven't been in a long time and the roast beef was delicious, there restaurant is nice and clean.

It's Arby's, food was very good what more can I say.
