Arrival in restaurant at 5:20 clock. no one was in the restaurant, we got menus and sat right away. after 25 minutes, the waiter was taken very quickly to say that one of the dishes was not available, what was a suppe, so we ordered new and he asked what the escape was again, which was ordered. we had not yet received drinks at this time that were 3 singha, a verdehlo and a lemon lime bitter and we asked to come for the drinks. 40 minutes later, drinks had not come out, so I stood up and asked the other woman about our drinks, which she had to get out immediately. there was no singha and no verdehlo. the only white wein was a chardonnay, so a beer was ordered instead. there was also only leo bier available. the waiter has forgotten to put our food through and had to come and ask us again what we have ordered. when the order was finally enforced, it was fast and delicious. he forgot to persevere our cocostry, which came only after the question, as he had forgotten, and when we had nearly finished everything else. a person at the table ordered separately the suppe that was not available, and she had ordered a soft bowl of crumb shell that never arrived and she ended up breaking. at this time the restaurant was quite busy and several customers rose up and left without employees even notice. several people who waited, waited and frustrated for the collection of accusations. at the end we asked for the bill and they tried to calculate us for the beer that was not available, which was $2 extra per beer. a $17 supplement was added 15%, which is normally normal, but after the bad service we received, we thought there was a compensation for a $130 scheme that did not exist. a mistake is understandable, but if they make mistakes after mistakes when we were the only people in the restaurant at the time before other people arrived on Easter Monday, only with a sorry that it is not really acceptable. this is extremely disappointing and I must unfortunately say after I visited this place in past, I will not be back or recommend it to everyone else, as the extremely bad service unfortunately did not turn up for the delicious food.
Very bad service on Easter Monday. 10+ customers walked out because of the restaurant's inefficiency. We waited more than 1 hour and the people who came after us got their food first! Moreover, after 1 hour of waiting, they told us there was no pork or fish so we had to cancel our fish dish. We were ready to walk out.The waiter mixed up orders and didn't even know what Pad Thai was, he pointed to a vegetable dish (pictured below) and told us that was Pad Thai.Eventually they did give us complimentary beers and an extra dish to make up for their incompetency.
