Habesha Ethiopian - Newcastle

We booked early and were then sitting outside the restaurants in the building foyer on uncomfortable cheap chairs. the entrees were beautiful, but both served a bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce. the mains were bland and both narrowed similar sauce basic. for the...price we expected better. would not recommend it.

Habsha is a unique place in newcastle. it was a very nice place to try with a great atmosphere and good staff. the food I ordered, but tasted for its price, the portion sizes were quite small. the food came. with a unique Ethiopian flatbread, which looks like a pancake and it ran great when immersed in the sauce, but it was on its own to eat feast, I wasn't a fan of it.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The service was excellent and they were very good at following COVID guidelines. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

This restaurant is my new favorite! eating is exciting with delicate seasoning mixes, paired with delicate meat and soft, fluffy flat broths. the staff was helpful, efficient and patient with us, as this was our first hadsha experience.

Have visited many times. Always perfect. Delicious food that is uniquely flavoured and excellent customer service. Highly recommend the red lentils.
