Taco Bell - Newbury Park

Went thru the drive thru very quick service friendly employees

Decided to go get some tacos. Fortunately, it wasn't that busy I placed my order drove up to the window paid and got my food in just a few minutes. Amazing Service. 2 minutes Wow. Always kind, friendly service at drive -thru. Thumbs up.

The employee refused to give me more hot sauce even though I asked nicely multiple times

It's a taco bell, the bar isn't very high to begin with...but wow this is the worst one. The only thing consistent is how often they get your order wrong and how long the food takes even if it isn't busy. The lady who appears to be a manager, does not careat all and constantly looks like she is ready to throw hands. Sorry it's an inconvenience for you that I want my order correct?Go work somewhere else if you don't like dealing with people ???????? Unbelievable.
