El Pollo Loco - Newbury Park

I was never treated so rudely because they were out of the drink I ordered and paid and asked for my money back. I got the manager who threw my money back after the first young lady in the window hit the window and bruised me. Then the manager put my food on me and hooked the bags outside my car, deeper than my window, every time. They also changed my order, so I had to ask for the rest of the meal all this because of the drink I wanted. Painful service!

Healthy, consistent and well priced. Not to the quality of Chipotle but this is fast food.

Each time I come here I feel like an extremely welcomed guest and the staff here are friendly, quick, and knowledgable. If you are looking for a good deal I recommend the $5 fire grilled combos which include chips/tortillas as well as the main item like a Pollo Bowl, burrito, tacos al carbon. My personal favorite is the Pollo Bowl and is so incredibly delicious every time. It is beautiful and packed to the brim, it is served nigh immediately too. The seats are always wonderfully clean and if you ever need to pop in on a lunch break, you will be incredibly content! As an after-edit I think I should quickly mention that the choices here are very healthy than some other choices and they have a clean, well stocked salsa bar for your add on needs.

If your restaurant closes at a certain time then your hours on the website should reflect that. I checked beforehand to see if you guys were open and online it said the restaurant closes at 10. I get there at 9 only to be told that you?re closed. The food is great, but please fix your posted hours.
