H T Mini Mart/deli - New London

I would normally give them five stars, but in the last few months they have received new employees who do not really speak English and they have put orders so often that I had to return my four times, now it is very sad and disappointing, except that they are very friendly.

Yeah, the food is great. But the guy in the pan is very rude, calls me a thief and refuses to sell my part of the pommes. Fully unacceptable! I do not recommend this place to any Arguing before a meal?? Don't you let yourself be humble??

Fantastic. It took a bite late at the passage. Chopped cheese was delicious and had none of the negative digestive effects I expected. 10/10 would return.

Took my girl here on Christmas to find out plastic wrappings were in her sandwich. It was disgusting. Not paying very much attention if plastic was IN the sandwich mixed with lettuce so hard to notice. Nasty, wouldn?t recommend until they get people behind the counter that care about the food they serve. That?s just one of many photos.

When I worked in NL, we would order there every Friday. Even though there would be minor errors with the orders on occasion we would still give them our business because they were nice. I haven't been there in over a year and today I was craving for some food from H&T, as I do not live in NL and just had knee surgery, I asked my nephew to grab my order. I ordered: 1 chopped cheese combo roll 1 cheese burger combo roll Order of onion rings 1 Philly cheese steak on a grinder bun Tell me why did I end up with 1 chopped cheese sandwich, 1 cheeseburger combo and the Philly cheese steak all for $26 and some change. When I called, the young lady named Sammy was so rude and told me to bring the food back when I explained to her that the order was wrong. I would totally bring the food back if I did not live 23 mins away and didn't just have surgery. What a rip off and just lost a customer.
