Hot Rod Cafe - New London

This place is mad cool. S/O to their staff. Everyone from the walk in to the walk out were kind and helpful. The wings are very good. Food was fresh and hot. I would like to go back during the summer when I know it’s really a great hang out.

The waitstaff was very intuitive and took great care of us. The wings were delicious, beer cold and menu included too many specials for one evening. We will be back.

Booked an airbnb for a weekend in New London and it turns out the owner also owns Hot Rod Cafe. We decided to check it out and I'm glad we did. Ended up eating way more than I expected. Had the garlic lemon pepper wings, lumpias, Philly cheese steak wrap,the Caribbean burger, and a few Tox Sours, which is a local brewery. They have seating area in the back, which overlooks thewater. Very chill atmosphere, our waitress was super nice, the place is clean. Needless to say, this will be a mandatory stop onmy next trip to NL.

One of the best wings I ever had. I love the mango habanero sauce. it is sweet and a little sharp. a nice balance! can not wait to try more sauces
