Cafe Royal - New Castle

This coffee shop seems to have had a bad rap in recent years. It has the atmosphere of a large camp and the customer service seemed to be missing. At the end of 2021 and early 2022, however, there is a new owner of this coffee house. The first time I entered under the new property, I was warmly welcomed as I entered and that made the whole difference already. The coffee menu and the pastry menu are very similar to before. I still have to do with celiac disease, so the gluten-free menu I'm still looking for. Your pastries must be prepared in the gluten-free category. From today there were none. And listening to and listening to my wife, she says they must definitely be homemade. Overall, the coffee shop is on a rise. We will be back and we will invite others to join us. The fifth star will appear when the gluten-free menu gets better.

Carl, Angie and the rest of the staff are going out on their own when it comes to customer service. Be patient, good food and great service take time and both are worth waiting. Oh, and take your dog! You love it, Pup cups on the ride thru and remember your dog with name!

Great place for coffee and food. The owner is very honourable and great person to speak.

Good place for a good morning coffee and the bagel are great

I was craving my morning latte after a night of traveling. This iced latte hit the spot! I am lactose intolerant and they had oatmilk! Thanks for making the long drive a little easier Royal Cafe!
