Whit's Frozen Custard - New Albany

My friend and I went on Tuesdayafter noon oct 17th . It’s usually so good but that day it was so soft that it was like eating soup! My friend ordered a sundae and the person made a milkshake so I was done with my ice cream before she even got hers wasn’t the best experience.

Came here for the first time out of town, when I walked in I had to wait for a bit because the girls up front were making videos of themselves dancing. After taking my order I noticed the toppings were left out and open and very unsanitary.I would look into that. Overall, my custard was enjoyable, huge portion for the price so that was liked. I’m not sure if I would come here again, it’s unprofessional and messy but the custard was tasty.

The two workers tonight had a bad attitude and made it an uncomfortable experience being in there. The quality of the ice cream typically is pretty good, but tonight was a poor experience. Such a bummer!

ATTENTION VEGANS: For freshly made ice cream on a vegan cone, head to Clintonville. The Vegan orange creamsicle in the freezer was wonderful!

It always makes my day to have some Whit’s Frozen Custard and our friends always get it from this location for our game nights. It’s always so delicious and is the perfect treat for the end of the day, 10/10 recommend :
