Steak N Shake - Nash

Terrible service. There a young guy and a girl sitting at a table instead of attending the drive through. So after going in, the left the table and went behind the counter. They then said there was no deal for a double cheese burger and fries.Steak and Shake has the best food, but they need to have a deal and the employees shouldnt be employed.

The past four or so times I have been in here the past few months. The service and food were great. The younger lady upfront (serenity) is wonderful and goes above and beyond for customers. Never met her but since the first time I met her she never disappoints with her job. Glad to finally leave a good review somewhere. Cook is always timely and makes the food fresh, and it's always hot.

I spent 15 dollars on shakes for me, my wife, and daughter.They tasted like they were made with soured milk.I was already eyeing the shake area and it looked disgusting like no one had cleaned it in days, but I gave it the benefit of doubt. The moral of the story is I will not return. They were not even busy, so I don't see why they were not taking the time to clean entire restaurant.I think there is a reason the main restaurant in texarkana shut down. What a waste. I will stick with sonic shakes they are the best anyway

Terrible service. Employees do not want to work. Went to drive through, no response after waiting several minutes. Went to window, the girl came up to the window removed her head phone, opened drive thru window and just starred at us. Needless to say we drove off. Would not recommend.
