Toppers Pizza

I did not receive my order I placed an order online around 5:40pm it’s now 8:35pm. I called the store multiple times (3) and all they kept saying it’s going to about 15 more minutes every-time. I asked to speak with manager and he said he couldn't issue me a refund for the order I NEVER received because the delivery driver stated he delivered it now all of sudden. Very upsetting because I spent money on food I did NOT receive and he couldn’t issue a refund because he wasn’t the manager… they make ZERO sense. Do not place an order online just go to the store because they clearly cannot read directions.

Ordered a medium pizza first time trying even though I’m from the Midwest , some one decided to Buffalo sauce on my pizza for what reason idk I wanted a authentic pizza so it ruined my experience in top of waiting 30 min for est pickup time

My first time at Toppers. I asked the guy if all the pizzas were flat crust he said, they had hand tossed. I got the hand tossed. It was tasty as I was leaving I noticed they had a Tall boy which is thickest crust. I wished the guy would have explained their different crust since it was my first time. They do have plant based pizza which is awesome! I will try it again.

Tried to order through door dash and they said they were closed THREE HOURS before their posted closing hours. This is the second time this has happened. Don't trust this place.

First time trying out Toppers, I've only tried one pizza so far, but there is a vast variety to choose from. I reccomend ordering online if you want a deal, and to get a scope of all the menu items and customizabilty of the pizzas. Y'all are awesome, thankyou!!
