Bidrage med feedbackThis Dunkin ' Drive-thru is brand new to the Orange Tree community located conveniently next to the Publix grocery store. Here you can grab a freshly baked donut in a variety of flavors. They offer hot and Iced coffee, lunch and breakfast items, and a selection of pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Expect a Thank you. Have a nice day! from the ever friendly staff. There is a drive-thru and it is usually busy but the line moves fairly quickly. All in all I 'd say this Dunkin ' is going to be a good addition to the shops in this area.
They have no concept of what LIGHTLY TOASTED is and when they burn it they don't have the decency to make another one. This order is for a child with Autism so lightly toasted means lightly toasted! It was ok when you first opened but we're a few months in, this is unacceptable.
The only reason I continue to go to this Dunkin is because of location otherwise I wouldn?t go. I go every morning to get my coffee, the service is not the best but they do their job. On two separate occasions my coffee was ?soapy?. The first time was 5/21/21, I called the manager to make her aware, she was rude, argumentative and basically called me a liar. I was offered a free coffee but it was more to just shut me up there was never an apology or acknowledgment. Therefor I reached out to corporate and was put into contact with HR but don?t know what happened after that. I would?ve never gone that far if the manager had customer service skills to begin with. Second occasion was today, again the best way to describe my coffee was ?soapy?. I was told from a previous Dunkin employee that this can happen if the coffee machines aren?t cleaned out thoroughly when they put whatever cleaner they use through the machine. If they would just sample the coffee after cleaning to make sure it doesn?t look like this that would be great, I don?t think it?s too much to ask for. Photos attached so the manager doesn?t think I?m lying : It?s frustrating that we finally have a Dunkin? out here in the Estates and management is ruining it. Very sad because other locations in Naples are amazing.
Absolutely the worst breakfast anywhere. Six little soggy hash browns. Hardee's gives you twelve to fifteen in the same size envelope. The breakfast sandwich was raw bread (unheated and untoasted) and all the bacon was clumped on one side. Just terrible training and quality control. I tried DD in Virginia and Maryland. The donuts were stale. I hope this company goes out of business and soon. And I don't care what takes it's place Don't waste your time or money.
This is the bestest place on the whole planet! I get sad when they close because I know I can't enjoy delicious Dunkin until they open again. This location sure makes me antsy in my pantsy.....
