That Burger Joint - Naperville

The ambience is charming. The burgers were perfectly cooked and made with fresh ingredients. They were delicious, and the lettuce and onions were also fresh. The fries were especially tasty.

We love this place! The burgers are some of the best around, and decently priced. Having the option to order from Oberweis is a bonus.

Geneva is 100000% better; do yourself a favor and go there, way worth it. Ordered from this location (Naperville) with uber eats because they auto selected the location closest to me. I called to verify they could make what I ordered as noted but was toldno. I was advised to cancel with Uber because they could not make my order. I cancelled within litterally 2 mins and was stillcharged for my food (that they couldn 't make) because the meal was already made . Complete garbage. Will never use Uber eats oreat at this location ever again. What a rip off.

We visit a few times a year. Past experiences have been mostly mediocre. My last visit a few weeks ago was EXCELLENT! Ethan is a sandwich artist, who provides service with a smile, and great customer service. Shocking for me from such a young man, whencustomer service is a dying art form. I wasn't going to order because of past experiences with my sandwich being improperlyprepared, having to come back, call, or being so disappointed that I didn't eat once I got home and discovered an issue. Thistime, I watched Ethan take and prepare my family's order with such excellence that I decided to order my usual. He did notdisappoint! It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had there. Thank you Ethan! I would've given 5 stars if I hadn't had somany poor experiences here. There needs to be more consistency. All employees should know the difference in the types of cheese,what goes on each sandwich, and provide service like Ethan. I would give Ethan more than 5 stars and only about 3 to thelocation.

Went here on 02/05/22 and was very disappointed with the entire experience. Have not been here in a few months and won 't ever go back. Burgers was smaller than I remember, fries were lacking too. Staff seemed inexperienced and it took over 25 minutes fortwo burgers and one large fry, and the burgers were dry. There were only 4 customers there besides my guest and I, so a totalof 6 dining in. Lots of phone and internet orders though. Its seemed like the staff concentrated on the other orders and madesure to get those out quick. Two staff members barely old enough to drive snapped at me over the fact that the order taker tookdown my name incorrectly and the name being called out which was completely different than mine. So when I inquired about myfood, they both looked at me like I was stupid because I didn 't answer to another name. This place is not good anymore and thereare too many good places to get a good quality burger then here. NEVER AGAIN!
