Bidrage med feedbackIt's been over a week since we ate Le Chatel and I remember the meal. This is very rare for me. We both ordered from the menu gastronomic I ordered a salad sud ouest what was enough to eat. It consisted of Gesiers de canard, foi gras, magret de canard fumé, sun-dried tomates and it came with a basket of warm loaves fait maison . My main course was fish in a black olive sauce with a risotto, boiled for perfection and seasoned with mushrooms. The trimmings on both dishes were salads and roasted tomatoes. What reminds me that the madness à bouche was a familiar and a joy. The cheese brie de Melun et Couloumier was soft and damp as it should be. Similarly, the desert ruled the caravans in warm chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Service was friendly. A hint; the girls have to take less seriously. Maybe one was a debutantes? We'll go back.
Probably we drove past 'Le Chatel' and had a very nice meal there. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. We don't speak much French, but the ladies were very helpful. The food was delicious. Good portions and very tasty. I had rabbits that...was tasty with purple mash!!!! Yummy! Everything was well presented. Nice atmosphere too.
Pleasant terrace dinner on the edge of a pond.In a simple rural atmosphere, a careful and discreet service, well-built and perfectly cooked dishes. The wine list is of good quality.
I trusted the recommendations of friends. the reception too sophisticated, not warm. service too fast, medium dishes and hot strawberries. In the area we find better I won't come back.
A very good French gourmet restaurant (it changes) in nangis. Everything is perfect, service, succulent dishes, the very nice setting. In the week the menus are very accessible, the weekend more expensive. Too bad there are no cheaper menus on the weekend. To come without hesitation
