I love La Stella for a number of reasons: 1. Because it's around the corner from where I stay when in Munich/ München 2. Because wife and I have been going there since they opened in 1989. And we used to take the kids along all the way from their earliest days. They, too, love the place. 3. Because I love Italian food. 4. Because the food they make is great and reasonably priced. We just got back from lunch. Wife had some delicious ravioli like dish of which both of us can't think of the name and I had paccheri. And a carafe of Pinot Grigio from the Veneto. Superb taste calling for dessert. I couldn't resist the temptation to order their Zabaione. Huge and so fresh and tasty, we almost didn't want to go home. And it was great fun to watch Pepe, the waiter, struggle with the kitchen door. Recommend to make a reservation for dinner, especially in winter when it's too cold to sit outside
La Stella serves excellent Italian food in a warm and friendly establishment. My wife and I visited it several times and were never disappointed.
After a few days in germany, the nostalgia of Italian dishes begins to make you feel and you have to re-examine spirit and body. I would say that this restaurant is the right place for the purpose, all absolutely good, customer service and Italian way, that is flexible! Good.
If I don't go to the anh thu, I'll go to the la stella. it's like in the family! always the same card, the same people, you get what you always liked to eat. lunches are cheap and tastefully excellent! the chef is always there, works with himself. beautiful days you can sit outside.
