Bidrage med feedbackSurprisingly sensational we stayed at Sparkling Bistro for dinner with friends. There was no menu, only the menu with five or seven courses. We had seven which were absolutely perfect and prepared to the point. On demand we learned that the owner is an Austrian bonnet/star chef. We'll tell WoW and I'll be back soon. An absolute must for gourmets.

The Sparkling offers a great culinary experience for an audience that is not important. We enjoyed a nice evening and I can recommend the restaurant. Since the restaurant is expensive, here are some criticisms: it is not right if you offer the expensive champagne 25 euros per glass without the customer having the opportunity to study the card. Even worse was that the prices of wines in the open plan are not listed on the map. The service was very busy, but remained a little reserved overall. The food is at a high level, is beautifully dressed and is very tasty. In some cases, however, the components are not well matched to one another. The caviar lost completely on one of the Amuse Bouches instead of highlighting it. The acidity of the black root was staggered, the poppy was no longer costed and the dish was properly made. The sultans had lost nothing on the sapphire's mussel and fooled the court. The peeled mandarin piece was even lapidar. Everything in a very good kitchen in a beautiful atmosphere, but something too expensive.
The Sparkling Bistro, alias The Art of Fine Dining, otherwise I can't call it. The fact that the individual courses were excellently matched, exceptionally delicious and luxurious was given nothing else I had expected. An absolute surprise, and I speak of many years of experience in the upscale gastronomy, was the choreography of the whole evening from the team. I have rarely experienced such a measure of stylish and competent, at the same time pleasantly reduced but attentive service. At the same time, short glances into the living kitchen showed me that during work there with the precision of a Swiss movement, but consistently with cheerful faces. Almost I had the feeling of being asked by a hospitable family on their living room table. Thanks for this experience!
Update: Abwertung from original 2 stars to 1 star. Instead of taking constructive feedback seriously, one tries to remove negative reviews. I will never come again!Leider disappointing both service and food. At the beginning, we communicated on demand that we do not eat internals. The first bargain that was presented: Liver! Also in the main course there were interiors. The served roe was completely raw not only tastefully not convincing, but also not harmless to health. The ambience was rather cool and unfortunately not so cozy for our taste, which unfortunately also reflected itself in the service, the guest was unfortunately not really received, for example we would not ask if it tasted us. For us one of the weakest experiences in a 1* restaurant.
