Bidrage med feedbackThey have silver needle tea, which is an amazing, high quality white tea. In addition to being able to buy it...you can have a pot of it for just $5 and all the hot water you want for multiple brews. This is a deal you cannot beat! Their collection is impressive! I'll be back to try that white tea from Nepal. (Though would love it if they could get any of the milk teas from Nepal as well...would be so amazing. Their customer service and hospitality is out of this world. This is a place where you can really center yourself, enjoy some tea, and have fun conversations with all the other customers. I got myself some fruit teas/herbal teas and will be going for some of their oolongs next time. Who knew I'd come across this place in a small little town.
One of my favorite places to get a cup of tee, to have a friendly conversation , enjoy music. Great stop when in Shasta. Must visit to get into local spirit.
Vixie is amazing. I went back the next day for a hug. I felt like I was seeing a long lost friend.
Skip these holier-than-thou wanna-be new-age hippies. Instead try Yaks, a few doors down, they have great tea latte called bowl of soul and a much, much friendlier staff.
My first experience in this shop was not positive. As I entered my son said he would sit down and rest while I was looking for some tea. He was told by the shopkeeper that if he wanted to sit, he should go out and sit on a bench, this is only for patrons. He was rude and abrasive. Needless to say I will not go in again. I really didn 't expect this in Mt Shasta.
