The vegetarian options at this restaurant include the impossible burger, fried cauliflower and hummus, salads, and soup. While there aren't a lot of choices for vegetarians, the options available are satisfying and tasty.

I often visit this restaurant with my non-vegan friends and they always make an effort to accommodate my vegan diet, such as offering fried tomatoes instead of eggs. I really appreciate their efforts. However, it's important to note that as of now, there are no dedicated vegan options on the menu and the servers may not always know if certain items are vegan friendly, like the bread. I would love to see this local spot add some vegan dishes to their menu. The customer service and atmosphere are great, especially for a small mountain town like Mount Shasta in Siskiyou County.

It is difficult to find many options for vegetarians at this restaurant. The prices are on the higher side, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.
