Bidrage med feedbackWe've never been there, and hopefully, when we saw the menu. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and was disappointed when it had about 1/4 inch chicken salad on it. It was just sad. Guy on the counter said it was better. Thank you so much for having to look in the egg salad sand. The metal ties wrap the bag for the bread was inside the sand that. My wife would have ruined it. I told you. He's shroff. No manager ever came out to talk to us. Never go back and will tell all friends and family to avoid.
19$ for a CHICKEN CEASER WRAP, Baby Handful Soggy Friys and 12 Floss Soda is a ROBBERY. I understand inflation, but this is unfathomable. This meal costs $5-6 to make MAX. Customize your prices or this will follow all failed restaurants in the Raleigh area
Location of the aviation park My last experiences with them have not gone well. The food (if you are happy enough to get it) is good, but the customer service leaves much to wish. It seems it takes a longer time to prepare orders than my valuable visits, so I tried both online and on the phone so that the food would be ready when I arrived. A few times, the online page would not allow me to submit my order so that I tried to call and only ring the phone. This happened twice as a morning to place the order personally, and I asked the cashier if there were problems with the phones. She got an attitude with me and says she was told about the administration when she's too busy that she doesn't have to answer the phone. Note the time of the morning when I go, there are 1 maybe 2 customers there if that. Today was the last straw for me. A big order was placed before me, so I said it was 40 minutes. Not optimal, but ok... after 45 minutes I asked for an ETA and I was told they didn't know. I had to ask if she could guess. She said the great order was not complete and they thought it was at least 20 minutes after the great order. I spent 15 years in restaurants and hospitality. A part of the customer service is to update your customers if orders would be longer than originally specified and offer at least one excuse or give the cook a hand in the back to expedite! Your answer shouldn't be, I don't know, and then go away. I asked for a refund.
With the tip I spent over $20 on a sand that and some fruit... I didn't get a drink. Even I'm not the guy who rejects a tip. So... that made it so high. I just couldn't believe how much I spent with it when there are so many other affordable options nearby. Sandwas great, but not worth so much. The staff was friendly.
