Awful food. Awful service. Literally anywhere else in the area is better. Avoid!

Best Chile rellenos.... I've tried many places, and they're the best IMO.

Lived here more than 6 years now and finally got around to trying Tijuana. We ordered delivery/takeout so can't speak to the interior of the restaurant but very pleased with our meal. Super flavorful enchilada, the flauta was nice and crisp, the chips were warm and the salsa was spicy (in a good way). They did give me black beans instead of refried but not a big deal to me. This completes our tour of local Mexican restaurants and I'm going to have to put it in my top 2. There are several sit-down Mexican options in Monroe for those unaware. We will definitely be back.
