We began order online and hit pay more than 30 minutes before closing and their website refused to accept my order. I then called and they accepted order but refused to honor the discount code I had on my online order or a discount of any kind when it was supposed to be a 30% discount online. I think this was very poor service. They claimed their till wouldn’t allow the discount which is total baloney. They even told me the website was supposed to take the order up to 30 minutes to close which it did not.
Worst customer service on the planet and nobody there can follow there order tickets ever. Spent hundreds here to have them just not follow your order only to find out once you get it home it’s wrong. Last yr the Monroe wa location falls way short of a pleasent experience. 6 orders in a month and a half and we order the same every time and it’s never as ordered. Customers don’t spend your money at this location it doesn’t represent papa Murphy and it’s a shame because we live there pizza when we get it home we ordered it. I believe it starts at management as we have called several times and still the same shotty service.
You need to advertise that your deals are online only better or honor the deals advertised. The advert on your website doesn 't say online only for a 6:99 med 2 topping. Domino 's it is, now I don 't have to cook it and it tastes better.
