Bidrage med feedbackIl posto si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. posizione molto ben curato, la camera e la terrazza sono ben preparati. personale cordiale, preparato e gentile. il pesce è tutto molto fresco. da antipasti a dessert tutto è delizioso e ricco di sapori. ottima pasta. se una fermata è obbligatoria.
Abbiamo scelto di tornare al corallo più volte, perché sono rimasti affascinati dalla straordinaria freschezza del grezzo e dalla genuinità del pesce grigliato. molto gentile e in grado di consigliare al meglio anche sulla scelta del vino da una cantina di qualità.

We were a group of 7, and it must be said that the quality of the food was excellent throughout. This really is a beach restaurant, but upping their product (as well as their pricing), for a more discerning clientele. In terms of service, the staff were great, all working hard, and I need to mention that they were smart in their long trousers and uniform, as befits the place, in spite of the fact that this was peak summer. The one main sore point was Sergio, the restaurant manager, or whoever he is, running around in his shorts. Not exactly leading by example already. Worse was his attitude, especially when he was going through the menu, when one of our group was also trying to follow his rapid explanation on the online menu on her phone. When she asked Sergio for a clarification, he had the cheek to comment, chastise her, that he had already explained, but she had been too busy on her mobile. What cheek! A very off-putting comment, which can never be condoned by any staff member to a paying guest. Ever. Before departing we made sure to advise the owner’s wife that the tip we left definitely was not to be shared with Sergio, but to be given only to the other hard-working staff. Overall a very good meal. But given also the higher end pricing Corallo positions itself at, then one even more expects sterling service, without uncalled for un professional comments.
I was invited here for an event back in April and I really can 't wait to go back with my wife on our next vacation this summer. I was happily surprised by the location, the restaurant is on the beach, literally. The chic outdoor area gives you a nice "I want a cocktail and chill ' ' kind of a vibe, unfortunately for us that day was too windy and were seated inside, honestly the large windows and the bright dining room made us feel we were outdoors minus the wind, at the end it turned out to be better. The food was very impressive for me, we were served a never ending beautifully plated selection of hot and cold seafood appetizers, from the tartare, to the 4 different types of shrimp to the sea urchin to the seppie, the appetizer selections was just incredibly delicious and fresh, I could have stopped there honestly, I was in heaven. But then came the pasta course and made me regret that I had too many of the appetizers, again spot on, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented with simple fresh local food flavors. The pasta course was just simply delicious. In other words, this place is worth the trip, a must visit if you enjoy quality seafood in a chic setting with attentive and professional service.
